PART 1 - PRIVACY POLICY
Tycoon Streets Inc. ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tycoonstreets.com and how we use it.
Information we collect:
- Ticket purchases: When you buy a tournament ticket through our Stripe payment links, Stripe collects your name, email address, team name, captain's name, phone number, neighborhood selection, and payment details. We receive your contact and registration details from Stripe so we can run the tournament. We do not see or store your full card number - Stripe processes all payments securely.
- Join Us form: When you fill out our Join Us form, we collect the contact information you provide (such as your name and email address) so we can follow up with you.
- Browsing: Our hosting provider (Wix) may collect standard web data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use your information:
- To process your ticket purchase and register your team for the correct session.
- To contact you about the tournament (schedules, updates, prizes).
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To improve the website.
What we do not do:
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
- We do not share your information except as needed to operate the tournament (for example, with Stripe to process payments) or as required by law.
Your rights:

PART 2 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The tournament. The Springfield Dominoes Tournament runs April 16-25, 2027, with 19 neighborhood tournaments and 1 championship tournament, two sessions per day (AM and PM). All sessions are held at the same venue (location to be announced).
Tickets. All tickets are sold exclusively through our Stripe payment links. Prices: $50 for a resident team captain, $60 for a nonresident team captain, $100 for championship entry. When you purchase, you select your neighborhood and session in the Stripe questionnaire, and your receipt confirms your session details.
Capacity. Each neighborhood tournament is limited to 32 teams. The championship is limited to 64 teams: the 19 neighborhood winners (who enter free) plus 45 paid entries.
Prizes. Each neighborhood winner receives $1,000 and free entry into the championship. The championship winner receives $5,000. Prize payments are issued by Tycoon Streets Inc. following the event.
Player conduct. All players are expected to compete fairly and respect other players, staff, and the venue. Tycoon Streets Inc. may remove any player or team for cheating, misconduct, or disruption, without refund.
Changes. If we must reschedule or relocate a session, we will notify registered captains by email and post updates on tycoonstreets.com. Our refund policy applies.
Limitation. Tycoon Streets Inc. is not responsible for travel costs, lodging, or other expenses you incur in connection with the tournament.

PART 3 - REFUND POLICY
Event tickets. Refund eligibility is based on how far before your session start time you request it (using the event's local time):
- 40 or more hours before: 100% refund.
- 24 or more hours before (but less than 40): 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before: no refund.
If a specific event lists its own refund terms, those terms override this policy for that event.
To request a refund, contact us at tycoonstreetsinc@gmail.com with your name, team name, and Stripe receipt.
Partner memberships. Partner memberships run on a one-year term at $99/month. If you cancel early, you owe the remaining balance of the full year, and Tycoon Streets Inc. may pursue collection, including court action, to recover it.
Referral tokens. You may earn unlimited referral tokens. Tokens may be redeemed a maximum of four times per year, never in two consecutive months, and apply to base services only - add-ons remain full price.
Player memberships. Player membership refund terms are set at the time of purchase. Contact us at tycoonstreetsinc@gmail.com for details.
No refunds. The following are not refundable under any circumstances: gold coins, dice rolls, drone fuel, and digital wearables.
Refundable. Drone skins are refundable under the event-ticket timeframes above.

PART 4 - SAFETY AND LIABILITY
Play safe in the real world. Tycoon Streets is played in real places. While playing, stay aware of your surroundings, traffic, and weather. Never play while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. Obey all laws, posted signs, and property rules. Only enter places that are open to the public - do not trespass on private property to reach anything in the game. If a location feels unsafe, leave it; nothing in the game is worth your safety.
Events. Our tournaments and events are held in person. Players and guests are responsible for their own conduct and their own belongings, and must follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times.
Minors. Players under 18 take part only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and at in-person events only under that adult's supervision.
Assumption of risk. Taking part in real-world gameplay and in-person events involves ordinary risks, including travel, weather, crowds, and physical activity. By taking part, you accept those ordinary risks.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tycoon Streets Inc. is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from gameplay, travel to or from our events, or participation in our events, except where the law holds us responsible for our own negligence. We are not responsible for personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged at events.

PART 5 - ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Tycoon Streets Inc. is committed to making tycoonstreets.com usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, magnifiers, keyboards, and other assistive technology.
What we do. We aim to keep text readable, links descriptive, and pages navigable by keyboard. Videos include titles describing their content.
Known limits. Some older pages may not yet meet every accessibility guideline. We are working through them.
